Lindsey Wagner is a trusted legal advisor licensed in California, Florida, New York, and Ohio, with deep expertise in employment law, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and AI policy. A certified workplace investigator and trained mediator through Harvard Law School, she brings clarity and strategy to even the most complex disputes. With a keen understanding of AI integration and the evolving landscape of AI policies, Lindsey helps clients navigate the intersection of technology and law. Known for her sharp insight and steady counsel, she supports entertainment professionals, studios, and companies with legal guidance tailored to the realities of the industry and the digital age.
Education
Lindsey holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
Earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Stetson University.
Received a Certificate in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall School of Law.
