Meet Attorney

Lindsey Wagner

Lindsey Wagner is a licensed attorney in California, Florida, New York, and Ohio, known for her expertise in employment law and dispute resolution. As an Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) Certificate Holder, she brings a wealth of experience in impartial workplace investigations. With a background in mediation and negotiation, including completion of Harvard Law School's Negotiation Mediation course and certification as a Florida Circuit Civil Mediator, Lindsey offers informed perspectives in resolving conflicts. Her representation of clients in mediations and her understanding of entertainment industry employment law make her a trusted advisor for Hollywood professionals, studios, and companies. Lindsey's comprehensive knowledge ensures that clients receive top-notch legal counsel and strategic guidance tailored to their needs.

Education

Lindsey holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
Earned her Juris Doctor with a concentration in International Law from Stetson University.
Received a Certificate in Health and Hospital Law from Seton Hall School of Law.
