Full Day Rate: $6,000
Ten (10) hours inclusive of a pre-mediation phone call, review, and preparation time, additional time is billed at $600 per hour.Half-Day Rate: $3,250 Five (5) hours inclusive of a pre-mediation phone call, review, and preparation time, additional time is billed at $650 per hour.
*Complex, class action, or multi-party (4+): Full Day $7,500, additional time is billed at $750 per hour.
All fees are split equally among the parties or by agreement.
